Hunan Yunei announces that the shareholder holding more than 5%, Hunan Yufu Venture Capital Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), owns 44.8906 million shares, accounting for 5.32%.
They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.95 million shares, or 0.47%, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure, through centralized bidding or block trades.
The reduction period is from May 18, 2026, to August 17, 2026, and the shares originate from holdings before the company’s initial public offering.
