Fuwei Co., Ltd. announced that the company, together with Fuao Co., Ltd., Huaxiang Qiyuan, and Qizhi Innovation Center, jointly invested in establishing a joint venture. The company plans to contribute 58 million yuan, holding a 29% stake.
