Investigators found that on a certain trading platform, merchants claiming to “proxy buy” the 820RR have appeared, with proxy fees generally ranging from 500 to 1,000 yuan. These merchants said they could purchase the bike first and then transfer ownership to the buyer, thereby bypassing Zhang Xue Motorcycles’ purchase restrictions.
