The State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Notice on Announcing the List of Pilot Projects for the Integration of Professional and Standardized Education"
Today (April 21), the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the “Notice on Announcing the List of Pilot Projects for the Integration of Professional and Standardization Education,” with a total of 281 pilot projects selected nationwide.
This pilot is the first nationwide effort jointly launched by the two departments to integrate professional and standardization education, marking a new stage in China’s standardization talent development.
The first batch of pilots was selected through procedures including independent application, preliminary recommendation, expert review, and public disclosure, covering 253 higher education institutions in 30 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities).
The pilot majors include artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, low-altitude economy, food quality and safety, modern service industry, and other key national industries and livelihood fields.
Over 80% of the pilots involve joint participation with enterprises, research institutions, and other standardization-related units, with a total of 373 participating organizations.
Through these pilots, higher education institutions across the country will be precisely aligned with industry development needs, with an expected training of nearly 40k versatile talents equipped with both professional expertise and standardization knowledge and skills, effectively alleviating the urgent talent shortage in key industrial sectors.
