Microsoft 365 Copilot has upgraded from Q&A to direct document editing, and Agent mode is officially launched.
ME News Report, April 23 (UTC+8), according to Beating Monitoring, Microsoft announced that Microsoft 365 Copilot has officially launched Agent mode in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, becoming the default experience for all subscription users. Previously, Copilot could only answer questions within documents; now it can directly perform multi-step editing operations on the canvas. In Word, users can draft documents from a blank page, complete rewriting, restructuring, and tone adjustments. In Excel, users can explore data, build analyses, and directly modify formulas, tables, and charts. In PowerPoint, users can create presentations or update existing slides while maintaining company template formats. This feature is available to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Premium, Personal, and Family subscription users. (Source: BlockBeats)
