Every Web3 conference has quite a few people criticizing KOLs; actually, KOLs are just a profession. To be more straightforward, everyone just wants to generate traffic and make money, most of it is just a persona. For example, seeing them make money every day, but behind the scenes, it's cooperation with interest groups, and the money isn't even theirs.
KOLs are also very anxious; once the market enters a bear phase for three years, whether they can endure it depends on if they can hold on, because their income shrinks by 90%. Now entering the industry is also very competitive, similar to investing, both have cyclical patterns.
You must be prepared for a three-year resistance battle. Personally, I am quite pessimistic about the future market. In a stage where income continues to shrink and the industry becomes more competitive, it relies on stockpiling resources rather than hope and passion. This profession has only two states: either getting better or worse.
In the stage of improvement, no cash-out has been completed; in the worse stage, it becomes difficult to sustain.
