Huadian New Energy: Power generation in the first quarter of 2026 increased by approximately 21.25% year-on-year

Huaneng New Energy announced that as of March 31, 2026, the company’s electricity generation in the first quarter of 2026 was approximately 32.92B kWh, an increase of about 21.25% year-on-year. Among them, wind power generation was 17.99B kWh, with a year-on-year change rate of 3.46%; photovoltaic power generation was 11.93B kWh, with a year-on-year change rate of 22.10%. In the first quarter of 2026, the company added approximately 3.1136 million kW of installed capacity, including 460.5k kW in Sichuan, 300k kW in Inner Mongolia, and 295.3k kW in Shandong.
