Mars Finance reports that Vitalik Buterin posted on the X platform stating that, regarding the recent incident where Paris airport weather sensors were interfered with, affecting prediction market outcomes, relying on a single data source presents obvious risks. He pointed out that for such data-driven prediction markets, at least three independent data sources should be used to determine the median as a reference, in order to reduce the possibility of manipulation.
