AI dispatch garbage trucks startup Dayjob earns $496k annually
ME News Report, April 23 (UTC+8), AI startup Dayjob, focused on industrial logistics scheduling, was founded by George Postlethwaite and Fred in January 2025. Its scheduling agent software can generate a complete fleet scheduling plan in about 60 seconds, whereas traditional methods usually take the entire morning. Early results show fleet efficiency has improved by 5% to 10% from day one, customer time window achievement rate has increased by 50%, and one customer achieved £800k in revenue growth in the first year. The company currently has an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $496k and 12 customers. The team started in the waste management industry, considering it one of the most complex planning environments, which, once solved, can be extended to any industrial logistics field.
