CryptoWorld News reports that whether Bitcoin (BTC) can break through $100k depends on Kevin Warsh's nomination to the Federal Reserve and the progress of the "Clear Act." Bitcoin has risen about 10% over the past two weeks and is currently trading near $78,000, still below last October's peak of 38%. Polymarket traders estimate only a 28% chance that Warsh will be confirmed before May 15. Warsh stated at the Senate confirmation hearing that cryptocurrencies have become part of the U.S. financial system and called the U.S. CBDC a "bad policy choice." The "Clear Act" is considered the most important bill shaping the U.S. crypto market structure; if passed before the midterm elections, it will provide the necessary framework for the crypto market.
