My younger cousin got into the civil service, and the whole family was happy.

On her first day at work, the section chief said, "You're a graduate of a prestigious university, writing a report should be no problem, right?"
She said no problem.
She wrote for three days, revised it seventeen times.
The section chief said, "With your level, you're even worse than Old Wang, who graduated from a technical college next door."
She cried.
Old Wang came over to comfort her: "When I just started, I revised it thirty times.
The section chief said at the time, 'Your level is even worse than a high school student.'"
