I realize that what I fear most is not losing money, but the feeling of "floating losses hanging there," like I haven't sold but haven't lost a penny, yet glancing at it before bed feels like hearing water dripping in the house, very annoying.

Floating gains are actually less noisy, probably because the brain defaults to "this doesn't count as mine," and as soon as there's a pullback, I immediately start feeling guilty.
Recently, everyone has been fixated on staking unlocks and token unlock calendars, basically pre-emptively worrying about selling pressure; I also get caught up in the rhythm.
Later, I set a rule for myself: when I start wanting to frequently change plans because of floating losses, I first turn off the candlestick charts and only look at a few "climate indicators" on the blockchain to see if there's really a change in the weather;
If there's no change, I won't bother, and if there is, I wait until my emotions cool down before taking action.
Anyway, sleep is more valuable than those fluctuations.
