Recently, a bunch of "social mining/points/badges" have been flooding the feeds again, basically using your attention as fuel.

While drinking tea and reviewing reports, I keep thinking: time is the most precious gas...
Don’t turn every day into a check-in routine just for a badge, and in the end, there’s not much left on the chain.

Especially these days, cross-chain bridges are having issues again, and when oracles glitch, everyone immediately says "wait for confirmation," which feels very real:
When faced with risk, badges won’t help you block the attack.
My approach is very simple: only do tasks where I can quickly calculate the cost, and if I can automate with tools, I won’t do it manually, even if it means earning less—better than losing control of the pace.
Anyway, points will expire, but people won’t.
That’s it for now.
