I tried once, holding onto a position that clearly should have been stopped out, refusing to cut it. I even added drama to myself: just wait a little longer, I’ll break even... In the end, the longer I dragged it out, the more it felt like a breakup. Even though I knew it was inappropriate, I pretended everything was fine. The final blow was even more painful, with fees and time costs counted as interest paid.

Later, I realized that admitting loss early is actually saving money and lives—at least I can sleep well.

By the way, recently, the trend of social mining and fan tokens—"attention is mining"—has been popular. I almost got caught up in the hype and chased the trend. As I kept scrolling, my emotions started to rise. To put it simply, attention isn’t a mine; it’s my stop-loss point. If someone else mines it away, I lose discipline... Forget it, today I’ll stick to my plan: brush my teeth and set a stop-loss, not a love affair of holding onto positions.
