ArcBest’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share, payable on May 22 to shareholders of record on May 8. The company is set to report its first-quarter earnings on April 28, with consensus estimates predicting lower per-share net income but higher revenue compared to the same quarter in 2025.
