On April 4th, the Hainan Meteorological Bureau issued a level four high-temperature warning, predicting that on April 5th during the daytime, most towns and villages in Haikou, Chengmai, Lingao, Ding’an, Tunchang, Danzhou, Baisha, Changjiang, and Dongfang will experience temperatures above 37°C.
