🔥CFTC sues New York State for restricting prediction markets, 38 state attorneys general support Massachusetts' Kalshi case


The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a counterclaim against New York State, accusing it of cracking down on prediction markets. This is the fourth state the CFTC has sued in three weeks. Three days ago, the New York State Attorney General sued Coinbase and Gemini. Meanwhile, 38 state attorneys general jointly support Massachusetts' lawsuit against Kalshi.
