Vans cancels trip to Pakistan scheduled for Tuesday; follow-up negotiations still uncertain

On April 21 local time, reporters learned that the White House said that after U.S. President Trump announced an extension of the ceasefire and waited for Iran to put forward a negotiation proposal, U.S. Vice President Vance and the U.S. negotiating delegation will not travel to Pakistan before Tuesday. The White House did not provide additional information on whether follow-up face-to-face talks will be held, and related arrangements remain uncertain. (CCTV News)
