ChainCatcher messages, led by an Aave service provider following the rsETH incident on April 18, are part of the DeFi United coordinated rescue effort, which has already raised a total of $161.53 million (approximately 69,618 ETH). This initiative aims to help restore rsETH collateral support damaged by the Kelp DAO bridge attack and improve liquidity across multi-network markets.

The main participating/committing parties currently include: Aave founder Stani Kulechov’s personal commitment of 5,000 ETH; EtherFi’s proposal to contribute 5,000 ETH; Lido Finance’s proposal to contribute up to 2,500 stETH; and Golem Foundation’s contribution of 1,000 ETH. In addition, multiple protocols such as Mantle, Ethena, Ink Foundation, LayerZero, Tydro, and BGD Labs have also publicly participated or expressed support.
