Huafa Group: Net profit loss of 9.5B yuan in 2025
Huafa Group Co., Ltd. announced that its 2025 operating revenue was 83.426 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.85%. Net profit recorded a loss of 9.496 billion yuan, compared with a net profit of 954 million yuan in the same period last year. The profit distribution proposal for 2025 approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: no cash dividends will be distributed, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserves will be converted into share capital.
