Trump says he will rehost the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner
Odaily Planet Daily News: On April 26th, local time, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he hopes the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, which was interrupted by a shooting incident, can be held again “in a relatively short period,” possibly around 30 days. Trump said that “criminals and extremely dangerous people” should not be allowed to change the schedule of important national events, and emphasized that the dinner “was originally an important event.” He also previously expressed hope that the event could continue as planned that evening.
