I found that unrealized losses really can cause more insomnia than unrealized gains… Clearly I haven't sold, just a paper profit of one dollar, and my mind automatically starts to imagine "Will it go to zero?" "Is there a trap somewhere?"

Unrealized gains, on the other hand, I just glance at casually and forget about it, maybe this is loss aversion, honestly the pain feels more real.

Especially now with all the noise on the chain, whether it's miner/validator income, MEV, or the fairness of transaction ordering, retail investors' complaints are not without reason: you think you're trading, but sometimes you're just jumping the queue.
The more this happens, the easier it is to doubt life when facing unrealized losses.

My own noise-canceling strategy is pretty simple: don't watch the charts, first check contract permissions, whether LP is locked, and if the team wallet has any unusual activity. After passing these three checks, then consider other things… otherwise, the more information you scroll through, the more emotional you get, and in the end, the tuition fee is paid by yourself.
