At the request of the project team, Gate suspended the deposit and withdrawal services for Saitama (SAITAMA) on November 29, 2023, 06:00 A.M. UTC, and has been actively cooperating with the project team regarding the token swap affairs. However, despite multiple communications with the project party in this regard, they insist that Gate cannot participate in the whole Saitama (SAITAMA) token swap. As a result, Gate will subsequently enable withdrawal services for $SAITAMA. Users can withdraw their holdings to their personal wallets or contact the project team for token swap based on their own needs.
