FLock.io, Deluthium, and Aerodrome have formed a partnership to jointly build CARiFIN, which will be accelerated for implementation by the United Nations Development Programme.
PANews, December 9—Decentralized AI model platform FLock.io announced a partnership with AI-native liquidity infrastructure project Deluthium and Aerodrome, the central liquidity hub on the Base blockchain, to jointly build the next-generation on-chain inclusive finance platform CARiFIN. This platform will accelerate implementation with governments in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The collaboration aims to address core bottlenecks such as lack of trust, insufficient liquidity, and compliance challenges in the current microinsurance market, providing timely and efficient insurance support to underserved populations in the region, especially women.
To build this highly trusted backend system, each partner will leverage its core strengths and collaborate closely. FLock.io’s trained model will serve as the computational brain of the microinsurance platform, mastering core insurance logic and handling privacy-preserving risk modeling and automated claims decisions. Deluthium will handle currency transaction execution and stablecoin swaps during the claims process, ensuring zero-slippage and smooth settlement via institutional-grade dark pools. Aerodrome will utilize its modular VerifiedERC20 standard to unlock on-chain identity verification and ensure compliance for payment recipients.
